Let`s
face it: sex can be the most important part of our day. That is why it is
important to make sex enjoyable at all times. Jeopardizing your sexual activity
isn`t good for you and especially your partner. That is why there are certain
rules and regulations to follow regarding what you can and cannot do before and
after sexual activity. Following these rules and regulations are important
because sex is supposed to be special, and screwing up is not and should not be
an option. With that being said, here are some do`s and don’ts before and after
having sex.
Use
the Bathroom before Sex
Before
you even dare to step foot in the bedroom with your partner, always remember to
use the bathroom if you have not already. You wouldn`t want to wait until you
are in the middle of hot sex. Therefore, it is imperative that you use the
bathroom before sex. When you finish, clean your genitals up because no one
wants to taste that during foreplay because that is just disgusting and gross.
Also, remember to wash your hands. It is common courtesy and just the right
thing to do.
Do
Foreplay before Sex
Foreplay
is like stretching before a workout. You have to do it, and it is better for
you in the end. Foreplay is enjoyable for both partners, but it is most
memorable because it lets both partners communicate physically and sexually.
Your job isn`t hard. All you have to do is tease her and make her want more
than what you are giving her. Slowly penetrate inside of her to make her moan
in excitement and anxiety. Once you have achieved that, you can now begin going
inside of her with whatever force or speed you choose.
Don`t
Eat Spicy Food before Sex
The
last thing you need is an upset stomach or diarrhea while she is on top of you
letting you have it. Rushing to go to the bathroom after eating bad shrimp or
spicy wings is both embarrassing and infuriating for you and your partner. That
is why you must avoid eating any spicy food before you have sex just to be on
the safe side. It would be horrible to upset her on the first date, or
especially on an anniversary. Just to be clear, keep away from spicy food on
date night.
Don`t
Slip Away After Sex
If
it is her first time, you will need to comfort her and relax with her after
sex. It just calms her down, and is the most responsible thing to do. Leaving
immediately after sex is disrespectful, rude, and not sexy at all. She might
want to cuddle, talk about the experience, or even ask for a round two. That is
why it is a must for you to stay with her after sex because you will never know
what she wants to do after sex. If it is good sex, and she falls asleep you may
leave but at least be back before she wakes up.
